Core Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) price index, increased 0.3% for the month, while core PCE inflation increased 4.6% on the year. Personal spending rose 0.1% for the month, below consensus of 0.2%, a sharp drop from the 0.6% increase in April. Personal income rose 0.4%, above consensus of 0.3%.
